Option 1 — Check the Size on Your Mac
If you have the laptop in front of you, you can find the exact size in seconds.
How to check:

Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of your screen.

Select About This Mac.

A window will open showing your MacBook information - including the screen size in inches (for example: MacBook Air 13-inch or MacBook Air 15-inch).
Option 2 — If you’re buying a gift (or don’t have access to the laptop)
When you want to surprise someone but don’t know their MacBook size, there’s an easy solution:
just check the model number on the bottom of their laptop.
How to check:

Flip the MacBook over.

Look for a small printed code beginning with the letter A.
(Example: A2681, A2338, A2779, etc.) -
